Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ok37", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ok37 platform operator, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates responsible for operating the services accessible at ok37.biz.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any ok37 service.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the ok37 platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and uses all ok37 services.
• "Platform" means the ok37 website, mobile interface, associated software, games, betting markets, cashier, and all related digital services available at ok37.biz.
• "Funds" means the PKR-denominated balance held in a Player's ok37 wallet account, comprising deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to a Player's ok37 account subject to wagering requirements and conditions set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable cash at ok37.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process at ok37 requiring submission of CNIC and supporting documents before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to ok37 services is restricted under applicable law or ok37 operational policy.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ok37. By completing the ok37 registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or accessing any game or betting market on the ok37 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by:

Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an ok37 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the ok37 platform :

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a natural person and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of ok37 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
• You have not previously had an ok37 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling or betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

ok37 conducts CNIC-based age and identity verification as part of its KYC process. You must submit a valid Pakistani CNIC and any additional documents requested by ok37's compliance team before withdrawals are unlocked. ok37 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time.

Where ok37 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21, ok37 will immediately suspend the account, freeze funds, and conduct enhanced identity verification. Any deposits made by an underage Player will be refunded to the original payment method; any winnings generated will be forfeited.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ok37 account. Opening or maintaining multiple ok37 accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an ok37 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify ok37 promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting ok37 support. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC is grounds for immediate account termination.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok37 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your ok37 account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• ok37 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• You must notify ok37 support immediately if you believe your ok37 account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ok37 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ok37 account or any funds within it to another party.

ok37 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ok37 processes all player funds in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. ok37 does not accept cash, third-party payments on behalf of another person, or payments from any source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of ok37's KYC verification. ok37 targets withdrawal processing within 24 to 48 hours of a verified request, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method, banking hours, and compliance review requirements. ok37 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ok37 account holder.
• ok37 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.
• ok37 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to any withdrawal request at its discretion.
• Funds deposited into an ok37 account are held in segregated player funds accounts and are not used for ok37 operational expenses.
• Unused account balances remaining dormant for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of PKR 200, which will be deducted from the dormant balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Bonuses & Promotions

ok37 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant ok37 promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ok37 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all ok37 bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• ok37 prohibits the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Any player found to be abusing ok37 promotional offers will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided and their account suspended.
• ok37 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered by a Player in good faith.
• Free bets and free spins credited to an ok37 account are non-withdrawable. Only net winnings generated from free bet or free spin stakes are subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok37 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one ok37 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management;
• Using the ok37 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown system error are void;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with ok37 games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including match-fixing in sports betting;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of ok37 bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Accessing ok37 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any ok37 software or infrastructure;

ok37 employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, ok37 will act promptly and decisively, including permanent account closure and full forfeiture of funds without right of appeal where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is involved.

Responsible Gaming

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ok37 content;
• Use the ok37 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written authorisation from ok37;
• Frame or deep-link to any ok37 page without prior written approval.

Any unauthorised use of ok37 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok37's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the ok37 platform, or any ok37 service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ok37 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ok37 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical interruptions, or maintenance periods;
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or SadaPay;
• Losses caused by events outside ok37's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, government action, natural disasters, or banking system failures;
• Any gambling losses incurred by the Player as a result of using the ok37 platform — ok37 does not guarantee any outcome or result in any game or betting market.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ok37's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Termination

ok37 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• ok37 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction;
• ok37 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity in connection with your account;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age;
• You are found to be resident in or accessing ok37 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• ok37 decides to withdraw its services from a particular market or jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, ok37 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in your account, including real-money funds, Bonus Funds, and any pending withdrawals, where the termination arises from fraud, material breach, or criminal activity. In all other cases of account closure, ok37 will return any remaining verified real-money balance to you within a reasonable timeframe via your registered payment method.

You may close your ok37 account at any time by contacting ok37 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC or wagering requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok37 holds its gaming licence. ok37 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised gambling regulatory authority.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ok37 platform or these Terms, you agree to contact ok37 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ok37 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution process prescribed by ok37's licensing authority. ok37 will cooperate fully with any such process and will be bound by its outcome. You retain any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

Amendments to These Terms

ok37 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ok37 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominently displayed notice on the ok37 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ok37 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the ok37 platform and may request account closure and return of your verified real-money balance as described in Clause 12.
